Hogwarts castle birthday cake
A cake designed for a Harry Potter fan......suitable for a 'Yule Ball'. Every house has a tower with a flag. Hedwig sits on top of Gryffindor house's tower. The basic cake is easy to make, but time is taken in the details of the owl, torches and windows around the towers.
